arrestedmotion.com also give viewers an insight into artists studios and new work that they have produced and are developing. This is great for me because gives me information on how these artists work, the size of the spaces they work in and the galleries they show their work in after it has been completed.

This particular artist i am showing is Kid Acne. I love the bold colours he uses in his work, but, i have noticed the style he has used in one of his recent paintings is very similar to the style i have used in my SuperTonic painting! I haven't copied him i swear! I looked into this artist after i finished the wall for SuperTonic...

Temporary Colour Idea (Fa)

Recently i have been interested in the ongoing changing of colours in the urban environment. How people walk in and out of places, objects entering your vision as you move, introducing a new colour to your environment and then leaving again. That idea of inconstant and temporary which was inspired by graffiti, how it never lasts, always being painted or being washed away by the weather. Others things such as decaying of old derelict buildings and florescent posters advertising night clubs tearing away from the walls have also stimulated this idea.
